HiScanSQ System
Illumina
HiScan Reader is a high-performance scanner, capable of analyzing next-generation sequencing flow cells and Illumina BeadArray products. The SQ module enables a broad range of array-based applications such as SNP Genotyping and CNV analysis, gene expression, methylation analysis.
Main instrumental features:
- Reads length: 1x 35bp, 23-26 Gb, about 1.5 days; 2x100bp, 135-150Gb, about 8.5 days;
- Performance: Greater than 85% bases higher than Q30 at 2x50bp; greater than 80% bases higher than Q30 at 2x100bp;
- two-laser system with wavelenghts at 532 and 660-nm.
